New business models… In Agüimes

Enrique Mateu taught a workshop yesterday on ‘New business models in the digital environment’ in Agüimes

Organised by the Factoría de Innovación, in collaboration with Deloitte and sponsored by the European Regional Development Fund and the Escuela de Organización Industrial, Enrique Mateu offered a workshop at 17:00 on ‘New business models in the digital environment’ to a dozen entrepreneurs at the facilities of the City of Agüimes.

During theworkshop first raised the new features that were marking the digital age and the opportunities that, in general, afforded to entrepreneurs who have clear that the analog world rules were not operational in this new digital paradigm.

With this group of entrepreneurs who came from different sectors and all residents in Agüimes, new business models were analyzed and concrete examples to help them to improve technological innovation to their businesses.

Enrique Mateu also showed the basic operation of Canvas, SWOT and CAME, as necessary tools to analyze their business, as well as two tricks to access innovation economically and efficiently.

The event ended at 19:30 with the delivery of the satisfaction request in which participants highly appreciated this initiative.
